Our one-bedroom penthouses, located on the top floor, are designed for up to 3 guests, making them a perfect choice for couples, small families, or groups of friends. Each penthouse features a generously sized private rooftop terrace, offering a shaded seating area as well as sun-drenched loungers with amazing city views. Despite their vibrant street location, the large soundproof double-glazed windows keep it quiet and flooded with natural light. To enhance your comfort and well-being, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and an air purification system, ensuring a cozy and healthy atmosphere. High-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the apartment and common areas.
Rest assured, you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the bedroom featuring premium beds. You can choose between a large double bed or twin beds. The penthouse includes two bathrooms, one adjacent to the bedroom and another in the living room, both offering complimentary toiletries. The living room features a double sofa bed, a dining table, and a TV with international channels for added entertainment. In addition, the fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, making it perfect for preparing anything from quick breakfasts to elaborate meals. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a washer dryer.
Please note that our building’s charm and character result in layout variations between both penthouses, but they are similar in size and amenities. At the time of reservation, you book one penthouse. For more details, please refer to further information.

The charm and character of our building make variations within each category inevitable. Although all apartments in this category are similar in size and amenities, they may differ slightly in layout. Therefore, the room or apartment you see in the pictures might be slightly different from the one you get allocated.
Why do we display photos of two penthouses with terraces despite renting only one?
Both apartments share similar characteristics and are located at the same address, providing greater flexibility for the duration of your stay.
Both apartments are situated on the top floor of our building and are similar in size and features. Due to the East and South orientation, both terraces enjoy plenty of sunlight. The current photos are reliable and showcase functional furniture that ensures your comfort during your stay. However, please be aware that some furniture may be replaced or updated without prior notice with similar, more convenient options selected by the property.
Differences between both apartments:
Apartment #61: Slightly larger apartment with a smaller East-facing terrace offering views of Sagrada Familia and downtown. Both bathrooms feature showers, and the terrace includes a room with a washing machine and dryer.
Apartment #62: Slightly smaller apartment with a larger rectangular South-facing terrace with views of Montjuïc Mountain. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, while the living room bathroom includes a sink and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a washing-dryer machine and a larger fridge.
Can you choose the specific penthouse with a terrace for your stay? While we cannot always guarantee this choice, as we have combined both apartments in one listing, we are passionate about hospitality and aim to accommodate guest preferences whenever possible. We recommend contacting us before making your reservation to inquire about the availability of your preferred apartment in writing.

Absolutely everything😍 Great place: metro and bus 2 minutes away. 15 minutes from the sand to the beach and from there via the reptile walk a nice walk of approx. another 20 minutes to Barceloneta beach (or 20 minutes by primo bus to the beach). We were there for 3 days and managed to do quite a bit 😉 Thanks to the apartment being very well located: metro/bus at the entrance. The luxury apartment itself. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and there were also some ingredients (olive oil, salt, pepper – it was ok for the salad). So most of the day we were on the road, but it was very nice to sit on the stressful terrace in the evening and have breakfast and coffee there in the morning. Very nice staff (or owner?). And it was also great that on the last day after check-out you can leave your stuff in the basement in a special lounge where you can also have free soft drinks, shower, WC and fresh towels. We flew in the afternoon, checked in around 11am and were still able to fly, and then got dressed and freshened up in the lounge before heading to the airport. Thanks for a great stay😍

This is the first accommodation I chose for my honeymoon. Both the terrace and the living room of the penthouse are the same as the photos, and unfortunately, it rained the day we went, so we couldn´t use the terrace much, but the landscape was nice and the location good! In particular, the host is very kind, cute and nice 🙂

We really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. It has a wonderful balcony and everything works perfectly. You won´t find a better place to stay!
Essentials – the place is clean, the bed is comfortable, the A/C is cold, and the shower water pressure was just like home!
For the bonuses – The apartment is beautiful and modern and the terrace is the perfect place for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. We were welcomed with cold beer and cola in the fridge and plenty of coffee, sugar and cream!

We had a slight concern about the steps being slippery and within a few short hours, they had added a grip strip to the end of each step which made all the difference!

We had a great stay! Francesco and Carla were very responsive and friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless and they had coffee and staples in the kitchen. The balcony was wonderful» great views and we enjoyed sitting outside for a sundowner and for breakfast. Also, the automatic shades blacked out all the light from outside and the morning sun when we opened the shades was beautiful. The shower had great pressure, and the apartment was quiet. We heard no noise from the street. We loved our stay. Thank you very much!

Our New Home in Barcelona!!!
Barcelona is our go-to European destination city. We like to cook some meals in, shop the local markets, so we usually have stayed in a AirBnB type rental rather than a hotel. But we’ve never stayed anywhere as PERFECT as this penthouse in this location.
