Yes, of course. We offer competitive rates for group bookings. When booking more than 2 apartments, different policies may apply. In the same building, there are several 4-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments with balconies or penthouses with private terrace. To get a quote, please email us with your group size and bed preferences.

Your reservation’s total amount includes VAT tax, final cleaning, and mid-stay cleaning for stays lasting more than 4 nights.

The Barcelona city tax on stays in tourist establishments is not included in the price. The current rate is 6,88€ per person per night with a maximum charge of 7 nights. Children under 17 are excluded.

Upon check-in, you will be required a security deposit of 200€ via your credit card.  This amount will be fully reimbursed after your departure, provided there are no damages or noise complaints from your neighbors.

3rd) Fill out guest information, special requests, and CONFIRM RESERVATION.

4th) Introduce credit card information. Don’t worry, your information is secure. The program automatically sends you a reservation confirmation. If you don’t receive it, please search on spam folder or contact us by email as soon as possible.

If no results are found! It’s possible that rooms are available during the selected period with restrictions on individual days. We kindly request you to reach out to us via email at info@staytogether.es to check if we might have availability.

The reservation terms and payment details are outlined in the reservation confirmation. Our booking engine provides three options: 50% payment 30 days before your arrival, payment 100% 75 days before your arrival or payment on the day of reservation insured by the BeSafe Plus Rate. For reservations made via email, we can discuss flexible conditions tailored to your needs.

Flexible – 30 Days policy:

Cancellation: You can cancel for free until 30 days before arrival. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation.

No-show Policy: The no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.

Payment: You will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price 30 days before arrival. The pending amount is paid upon check-in at reception.

Flexible – 75 Days policy: 

Cancellation: You can cancel for free until 75 days before arrival. If you cancel within 75 days of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation.

No-show Policy: The no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.

Payment: Pay nothing until 75 days before arrival.

Non-Refundable + BeSafe Plus Insurance policy

Cancellation: If you cancel, modify the booking, or don’t show up, the fee will be the total price of the reservation.

Payment: The total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking. On the same day, within our business hours, you will receive an online payment request via mobile or email. This request will include a link that allows you to conveniently make the payment using your Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro card.

Includes BeSafe Plus travel Insurance.

If you’ve booked through our website, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing a «manage reservation» button. Use this button to update guest details, and arrival info, or cancel the reservation. If you haven’t received our confirmation email, check your spam folder.

For reservations made directly with our reception team (via email, WhatsApp, phone, or in-person), please email us at info@staytogether.es to request cancellation. Include the reservation number, guest name, and check-in date. We’ll respond in writing to confirm the cancellation based on your reservation’s conditions.

Stay in the heart of Barcelona. Our convenient location in downtown, allows you to make excursions on foot to most tourist places. Las Ramblas is a 10-minute walk away. Our apartments are situated opposite the Paral.lel metro station. We share useful information about different public transport tickets:

Single ticket: 2,40€. It is not allowed to change lines or modes of transport. Not valid for Aeroport T1 and Aeroport T2 metro stations on line L9 Sud.

T-familiar. Price: 10,00€. A multi-person travel card valid for 8 journeys in 30 consecutive days from the first validation. Hola Barcelona Travel card. This Barcelona transport pass offers unlimited journeys on the metro, bus (TMB), and the other Barcelona public transport network over 2 (48 h), 3 (72 h), 4 (96 h), or 5 (120 h) consecutive days, with one ticket. You can use your Hola Barcelona Travel Card at any time of day and get unlimited journeys over 48, 72, 96, or 120 hours from the first validation. The card is also valid for metro journeys from Barcelona Airport to the city center and vice versa.

General information:

Children under four are exempt from having a transport ticket. All other passengers need to have a valid, correct, and paid ticket.

Make sure that the ticket is correct for your personal details and that it is valid for the zones where you wish to travel.

You should also validate the ticket before starting the journey and in all transfers you make unless they are direct changes between metro lines. Finally, make sure that you keep the correctly validated ticket in good condition until the end of your journey. You should not throw it away until leaving the station, as you may be asked to show it by a member of staff.

Maximum time to remain on the metro or bus:

In the metro, your validated ticket or pass is valid for the following two hours.

On the bus, the validation gives the right to travel to the end of the route in the chosen direction (except on the Bus del Barri neighborhood routes and other circular lines, in which case you can complete the entire circuit)

What does fare integration allow you to do?

With an integrated pass (not a single ticket), you can transfer up to 3 times to other integrated means of transport, over a certain period of time, set by the number of zones of the card. For single-zone passes, the time limit is 75 minutes from the first validation. 

Please bear in mind that a return journey or resuming your journey after interrupting it is considered as two journeys. Therefore, fare integration does not allow you to validate your ticket twice within the same journey on the Barcelona metro (or the FGC line), nor two consecutive bus validations on the same route.

From there, you can take the metro to Paral.lel station, it is the green line (L3) and is only two stops away. When you are leaving the metro, there are two separate exits. You should take the exit for «Ronda Sant Pau». The metro stop is literally across the street from our corner building with the clock on top. 

Alternatively, you can also go from Plaça Espanya to our building with the D-20 bus and get off at the Paral·lel – Vila i Vilà stop and cross the street.

Metro Option (with line change): Take the metro (L9 Sud) from the airport to Zona Universitaria, then change to the green line L3 to Paral.lel Station. Expensive airport ticket: 5,15€

Aerobus: Quick airport city bus. Costs 6.90€ for one passenger or 7.90€ including the metro/bus. Runs regularly every 5-10 minutes. Gett off at Plaça Espanya and take metro L3 or bus D20, or exit at Gran Via – Comte Borrell and walk 10 minutes.

On your way back to the airport, pick-up at Carrer de Sepúlveda 125 stop the Aerobus T1.

Our building is well connected with public transport to the airport. The Paral.lel metro station L3 L2 is just across the street. The bus D-20 stops on the side of our building. Taxis circulate in the street all day.

Our building is one kilometer away from Barcelona harbor, following Avenida Paral.lel. There are nine cruise terminals at the Barcelona harbor, some of them are one or two kilometers from the harbor entrance. It is not recommended to walk this distance with luggage. There is good public transport and convenient taxi ranks. 

Public transportation (35-40min). Bus and metro. 
1 -Locate the T3 PORTBUS, linking all cruise terminals to the Columbus monument at the lower end of Las Ramblas. Get a 3€ bus ticket; its schedule and frequency adapt to cruise timings.
2- Once on Ramblas, access the metro by reaching Drassanes station (green line L3), only one stop from Paral.lel metro station. Paral.lel station is right across from us.
OR
3- hop on buses 21, D20, V11, or H14 – Station: Paral.lel – Vilà i Vilà 

Stayers Tip: Metro or bus costs 2.40 € for a single ticket. If it suits you, snag a convenient one-person 10-journey ticket (T-CASUAL) at the metro station machines for 11.35 €

Private transportation (10-12min). Taxi 

At all cruise disembarkation points, you’ll find taxi ranks. There is a waiting line with plenty of taxis of 4 and 6 seats. Most convenient option and reasonably priced since we are located a short distance away.

From there walk to the metro L3 green line and go to Paral.lel Station (4 stops).

Tip: Buy online T-familiar: 8 tickets for 10€.

Or pick-up a taxi at the taxi rank. Cost from 15-20€.

Las Ramblas: It’s just an 800-meter walk away.

Sagrada Familia: Simply walk across the street to Paral.lel station and take the metro L2 purple line five stops to reach Sagrada Familia station.

Beach (Barceloneta): As you leave the building and turn right, you’ll find a bus stop across Paral.lel Avenue. Catch bus D20 from there to easily reach Barceloneta Beach.

Camp Nou: You can take the metro L3 green line from Paral.lel station and get off at Les Corts/Palau Reial station. 

Montjuïc’s viewpoint & Fundació Joan Miró Museum: In front of our building get into the metro station and follow the ‘Funicular de Montjuïc’ sign, get off at Parc de Montjuïc station. Montjuïc’s Castle: Montjuïc Funicular station links up with the Telèferic de Montjuïc cable car so you can continue your journey up the hill to the Castle.  

La Pedrera or Casa Milà & Casa Batlló: Walk across the street and take the metro L3 green line from Paral.lel station and get off at Passeig de Gràcia station. Cloth shopping area: Passeig de Gràcia Boulevard hosts a diverse array of stores, ranging from the pinnacle of exclusivity (Chanel, Gucci, Prada, Valentino, and Kenzo) to more accessible options (Zara, Uniqlo, and Mango).

Parc Güell: Walk across the street to Paral.lel station and take the metro L3 green line to reach Vallcarca station.

To ensure a smooth experience, kindly share in advance the following information: 

Mode of transportation: Arriving by airline, car, train, or cruise?

Estimated Arrival time & flight number (if applicable), and the number of passengers. 

Departure time from apartment & flight number (if applicable). In case, of different departures, we need to know the last one. Transit time to the airport is 30 minutes by taxi or 60 minutes by public transport.

Bed Preferences:  Do you prefer two single beds or an extra-large double bed in each bedroom?

Guest Registration: For the mandatory online registration, we’ll need a clear photo of both sides of your ID or a full first-page picture of your passport. Ensure all data is visible, especially the alphanumeric code. Alternatively, we can provide you with a link for individual registration.

A Smooth Check-in Experience: Your check-in and key collection are done at the reception located within the same building. Here’s a friendly reminder: Please provide us with your estimated arrival time and flight number either during booking or as soon as you’re aware.

Our regular reception hours are from 10 to 18 hours. Upon arrival, simply press the intercom button labeled «Stay Together Reception.» We’ll be there to warmly welcome you, hand you the keys, guide you to your apartment, and offer valuable tourist information.

If you’re arriving after our reception hours, no worries. We’ll send you easy self-check-in instructions via email or WhatsApp. You’ll receive a code to access the main building door and another to retrieve the apartment key from a secure box in the entrance hall. And remember, we’re just a call or WhatsApp message away at +34 636172077 if you require any assistance.

Each adult will be given one electronic key card. 

Our reception opens at 10 am. Check-in is guaranteed any time after 16 hours, but depending on occupancy and when the apartment is clean it could be earlier. If you need to store your luggage you can do so in the lockers located in our lobby at no extra charge.

Here’s a friendly reminder: Please provide us in advance with your estimated arrival time and flight number, bed preference, and departure time & flight number and we’ll do our best to have your apartment ready as soon as possible. 

YES, you can come directly to our property when you arrive in Barcelona. Our reception opens at 10 am. If your apartment is ready we will offer you a complimentary early check-in. If not, we will store your luggage in our lobby, you’ll find private lockers, complimentary coffee & drinks, and toilets with showers there. We will do our best to have your apartment ready soon.

If you arrive before 10 a.m., we will share the codes to access our lobby.

Our standard checkout time is 11hrs. Please inform us of your departing time, and we’ll try to arrange a late checkout subject to availability. If not, no worries. We’ve got a lobby on the -1 floor with private lockers to store your luggage until you’re set to go. We’ve got you covered!

Check-out outside business hours:  Turn off the lights and air conditioning, leave the keys on the table, and close the apartment door.

Check-out during reception hours (10 to 18hrs): Close the door of the apartment and hand in the keys at reception.

Yes, we have house rules, supervised by the receptionist and the night agent, to guarantee a happy experience for all families and friends staying in our apartments.

Parties and loud noise are not allowed at any time

Be quiet when passing through the staircase and common areas

Lock the apartment door with double latch, and do not slam it.

Smoke-free apartments equipped with fire detectors. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony and terrace. If you smoke inside the apartment, the alarm will sound, which is very annoying noise for all neighbors.

Take care of the apartments as if it were yours. At check-out the apartment must be in the same good conditions as it was found.

Inappropriate behavior implies loss of deposit and expulsion from the apartment with no right to a refund.

We kindly ask everybody to respect fellow guests and maintain a safe and pleasant environment for people of all backgrounds. Noise, parties, or disruptions are not allowed at any time. Please keep quiet all times, as others might be resting. In case of inappropriate behavior, your 200€ deposit may be forfeited, and you could be required to leave without a refund. We offer 24-hour phone support.

Yes, there’s a lift in our building. Elevator cabin: Width 82 cm (32,28 inches) x Depth 105 cm (41,34 inches). Door width 70 cm (27,56 inches).

Yes, all our apartments have air conditioning and heating with a state-of-the-art Cold Plasma Bipolar Ionization System (Pradditive) installed in the units. This system sterilizes the air, improving its quality and actively guards against viruses and bacteria, including SARS-CoV-2. Additionally, each bedroom has its own ceiling fan.

Absolutely, all our serviced apartments are furnished and equipped to include every detail to ensure a comfortable stay. 

We provide towels for every guest and prepare our comfortable beds with new bed linen. You will find extra towels in the closet. If you need more towels, just ask, and we will provide them for free.

Yes, there’s a Nespresso coffee machine and an electric kettle. Nespresso pods are provided for free. 

Yes, there’s an iron and an ironing board.

Yes, there’s one hairdryer per bathroom. Extra hairdryers can be provided by request. 

Yes, every apartment has its own washer and dryer. Except, penthouse 62 which has a combined washer and dryer.

Parent night out? Our caring housekeeping lady speaks English and Spanish and will take care of your children. The cost per hour is 15€ until 22 hours and after 20€. Minimum charge 3 hours.

Yes, ask for them and we will provide complimentary beach towels. And if you’d like also an umbrella and a beach ball.

Housekeeping cleans the apartment just before your arrival and after your departure. Additionally, there is a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service for stays over four days. If desired, you can also arrange for daily cleaning or cleaning for as many days as needed for an additional fee of 12€ per hour.
