Our spacious 120 m2 apartment accommodates up to 11 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends. The living room and bedrooms feature city-facing balconies, flooding the space with natural light. Despite its lively street location, soundproof double-glazed windows ensure a tranquil ambience. For your comfort and well-being, the apartment features air conditioning and an air purification system, ensuring a cozy and healthy environment. High-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the apartment and common areas, and guests can enjoy international channels on the TV for added entertainment
Our spacious bedrooms feature premium beds for a restful sleep. Upon request, the twin beds can be converted into an extra-large double bed, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The two bathrooms feature both a bath and a shower and offer complimentary toiletries.
The fully equipped kitchen features a spacious dining table and modern appliances, making it ideal for anything from a quick breakfast to preparing elaborate meals. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a washer, dryer, and recycling bins for your convenience.

Great central location in Barcelona. The metro is across the street and there are many restaurants within a short walk away. The apartments are ver well furnished and maintained. Their office is on the ground floor and the staff are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. The pictures are accurate and the place is very spacious and comfortable.

Amazing place, located right across the street from a major train station – so easy to get anywhere in Barcelona. Lots of nice touches, great check-ins, stocked fridge, lovely A/C lounge while waiting for a check-in or flight. Would not hesitate to stay here again, staff was very helpful in all ways, all times.

Amazing!
This place was beautiful and at an awesome location. We arrived earlier than expected and they let Us check-in earlier and even brought up our bags while we went to get breakfast. It was very comfortable for our big group. We were there for a birthday trip and they left a happy birthday sign along with other treats! If we’re ever in Barcelona again will definitely stay here.

Pristine apartment and excellent hosts!
Francesco and Carla were incredibly helpful. Could not ask for better hosts. In addition to making our check-in easy, they went above and beyond to help with restaurant recommendations and find us a driver for an excursion to Costa Brava. The apartment was pristine and a perfect size for our group of 9. And after no A/C in the place we had just stayed at in Portugal, we were all grateful for the cool air. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience – super friendly host, spacious, clean and central apartment
We had such an amazing experience here and cannot fault it. From the get go, Francesco our host was very accommodating before our arrival as we were communicating via air b&b messaging. He ensured our needs were met and organised a minibus to pick us up from the airport and take us back.

Amazing stay
