Our spacious 100 m2 apartment accommodates up to 9 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends. The living room and bedrooms feature city-facing balconies, flooding the space with natural light. Despite its lively street location, soundproof double-glazed windows ensure a tranquil ambience. For your comfort and well-being, the apartment features air conditioning and an air purification system, ensuring a cozy and healthy environment. High-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the apartment and common areas, and guests can enjoy international channels on the TV for added entertainment.
Our spacious bedrooms feature premium beds for a restful sleep. Upon request, the twin beds can be converted into an extra-large double bed, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The two bathrooms feature both a bath and a shower and offer complimentary toiletries.
The fully equipped kitchen features a spacious dining table and modern appliances, making it ideal for anything from a quick breakfast to preparing elaborate meals. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a washer, dryer, and recycling bins for your convenience.

Perfect place to stay with a group of friends.
Clean and comfortable apartment with great amenities. It was perfect for our group of 7. We had plenty of space and everyone had their own bed. Location was super convenient within walking distance of Las Ramblas and a metro stop across the street.

We had an amazing staying! Flat was perfect for our group of six, spacious, comfortable. We loved having coffee/drinks up on the rooftop. The location is perfect, walkable, public transit and many taxi if needed. We also felt like we were immersed in a local Barcelona neighborhood with the local restaurants and residents. Definitely would stay here again.

We came here as a group of 8 and had a great time. Francesco was amazing offering us beers etc upon arrival and offering to provide more during our stay. We found the apartment great and in a perfect location close to the metro and walkable to the beach. We would recommend!

Excellent location, just on the subway station, walking distance to Rambla. Enough space for 6 adults and 1 kid. Well functioned facilities, we cooked in the kitchen, yes, we can use it cook Chinese food ! Francesco is very nice, patient and helpful. Many thanks to him. They are very detailed. They obtained our authorization to use our family group photo on social media. I will choose here again when I visit Barcelona next time.

Love the apartment !! Couldn´t ask for a better place to stay and will definitely stay there again when going back to Barcelona. The host went above and beyond to help us even helped us repair my mom’s wheelchair !! Helped with transportation to and from airport, has shampoo and conditioner in all the bathrooms and laundry soap. Can´t say enough about this place if you’re going to Barcelona stay here!
